👉🏾 for example, if a student purchases a 4-class monthly subscription, you might offer a refund within e.g. 14 or 21 days, provided none of the class credits have been used.
👉🏾 you may also want to give students the option to get in touch with you directly to request refunds on a case by case basis.
🗓️ booking: decide how much notice you need for a class booking. you can also guide students on what to do if they can't find an available slot.
🙅🏽 cancellations: protect your time by setting rules for cancellations. while life happens and cancellations will occur, it's important to be fair to both you and your students.
