๐Ÿ” refunds: ๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿพ you can offer refunds for both one-off classes and subscription packages.
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿพ typically, we recommend only allowing refunds for completely unused class credits.
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿพ for example, if a student purchases a 4-class monthly subscription, you might offer a refund within e.g. 14 or 21 days, provided none of the class credits have been used.
